VBX-Series for Hotels

Most hotels are wired for analog telephony and have analog phone devices in their guest rooms. Only the newest hotels built recently have full CAT 6 wiring which are capable of using VoIP to the guest rooms. However, hotel guest telephony, and any large install where 'the public people' have access to phone, are more cost efficient when installed with 'simple but robust' analog phones, even when the wiring in the hotel can handle VoIP. In contrast, for the hotel reception, offices and (business) conference rooms you prefer VoIP phone devices, due it more sophisticated functionality.

The Checkmarq VBX-Series are just perfect to handle these situations. Analog channel banks to connect the guest room analog phones and give these phone all the functionality from the VBX-Series, like voicemails with message indicator (for supported analog phones), 3-way calling, DND, call forward, etc.. And VoIP devices for all the other phone devices around the building. The hybrid functionality of the VBX-Series fits in perfect, and handles all without any problem, and easy to maintain, to extend and more important, to operate. Compared to conventional channelbank systems and PBXs, the cost per port and ROI will surprise you.

But there is more. The extensive reporting modules in the VBX-Series makes it very flexible to integrate with any billing system. And if there is no specific phone call billing system in place, we already have a 'pay per account' billing system available with the VBX-Series as an option. It can connect directly to several credit/debit card systems available around the world, or you can do your own internal debit/credit payment system.

And for those top-class business conference rooms your hotel has; the VBX-System can easily be setup with Video Conference devices, and due it's broad compatibility, it can get connected to third party Video Conference systems, like the one in your other hotel on the other side of the world, in no time.
