VBX-1000
 The VBX-1000 is the perfect entry level solution for smaller companies, scaled around 10 Phone devices. It's fanless and desktop form design, makes it easy to implement in smaller patch locations. It comes default with one ISDN BRI port, able to connect a 2-channel ISDN line. VoIP trunks are unlimited, as default with all VBX-Series appliances. Combined with the CMQ-GXP1200 IP phones, this solution is the best affordable professional VoIP solution available.
VBX-2000  Already know as 'All-rounder', the VBX-2000 is currently the most implemented model. Scaled around 20 phone devices, and with two ISDN BRI ports, this model has found his way into many companies, from small offices to large industrial companies. Combined with the CMQ-GXP-1200 IP phones as default desktop phone, CMQ-GXP-2000 with Extension module for receptionist, and CMQ-GXP-2020 as executive phones and the full list of (license free) functionality that default comes with all VBX-Series, the VBX-2000 can compete with the most extended models of the competition. It's fanless and industrial 1U design, makes it a welcome addition in any 1U patch rack.
VBX-4000  For those companies that just need a bit more, the VBX-4000 is the logical choice for companies with around 40 and up phone devices. Combined with the CMQ-GXP-2010 IP phones every worker in the company has all the options nowadays phones can offer. Default equipped with four ISDN BRI ports, good for 8 conventional phone channels, and unlimited VoIP trunks, the VBX-4000 serve mid to large size companies without any problem, even with extensive phone traffic. With it's mirrored storage capability, everything stored in the past, like voicemail and phone recordings, are never lost.
VBX-8000  The VBX-8000 has find it's way into large installations, from government to multinational offices. With a virtual unlimited scalability, it can handle installations of around 80+ phone devices easily without any problem. This model is even so powerful, it can be found in small to mid sized call centers. The broad functionality of the VBX-Series keeps surprising even the most demanding customers, making it a perfect solution for those companies who heavily depend on phone communications. With it's fast and mirrored storage, important call recordings are saved and it's vast storage makes sure you have plenty of room for years of voicemails and recordings.
VBX-16000  Powerhouse is what people call the VBX-16000. From large call centers to big companies, all get served by this model without problems. Scaled for 160 and up phone devices, mirrored storage, 16 ISDN channels and virtual unlimited VoIP trunks, even the most demanding customer can be served with the VBX-16000. This model even finds it's way into installations with over 200 legacy analog phones, combined with over 100 IP phones. Loved by call centers for it's broad functionality and fast, large and save storage. Serving large government multi site installations, using VoIP trunking between the different buildings, without a problem. The VBX-16000 is our stock top model in the family.
VBX-Custom There is always bigger than big or different than standard. Some installations just need something special, other than stock. For those customers we have the VBX-Custom models. Nothing is impossible, for everything related to telephony, we will find and a solution and build it. From large PBX farms, serving thousands of phones, to smaller installations that just need that special customized functionality.
